3. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full on or before the day of the move, unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept payment by cash, card, or bank transfer.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled move.

4. Cancellations and Delays

  • If you cancel or change your booking within 48 hours of the move, a late cancellation fee may apply.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must ensure that all items are packed securely and ready for transport, unless packing services have been requested.

  • You must provide clear access to both collection and delivery addresses.

  • Parking arrangements and any related fees are your responsibility.

6. Our Liability

 

• We will take reasonable care of your belongings during handling and transport

  • Basic goods-in-transit insurance is included up to flamount.

  • You may request additional cover at an extra cost before the move date.

8. Restricted and Hazardous Items

  • We do not carry hazardous materials, perishable goods, or illegal items.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that no prohibited items are included in the load.

9. Complaints

  • Any complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will aim to resolve all valid complaints promptly and fairly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales/Scotland/Northern Ireland], and any disputes shall be handled by the relevant courts of that jurisdiction.
